I Vini d'Italia

 Italy is a BIG country when it comes to wines.
 There are microclimates that differ from one side of a hill
 to the other;
 so you can imagine the diversity in a country
 that encompasses islands, mountains, sunny, foggy, dry or balmy spots, and latitude, thus seasonal, considerations: north-to-south.
 Right now I am (literally and figuratively) enjoying the wines of Sicily.
 As with most locales, there is apparently
a wide range of quality in their wines,
 with the volcanic slopes of Etna being
the most prized and challenging.
 But whatever the location,
Sicily is a place of dedicated vintners.
