Much like the MiniCooper has muscled out the VW Bug on American streets, 

the iconic Italian Pasquali has been overtaken here by the Smart Car. 

The 3-wheel Pasquali however is hard to beat for cute.

This particular Pasquali, grafitti and all,

has been a fixture, plugged in,

year after year, near my apartment

though I've yet to encounter its owner.
