Firenze is Back! in all her accustomed beauty.

I took full advantage of the day:

got out early with my camera,

met Daniela for lunch,

explored the Centro and beyond,

looking for new sights, 

and did not have to look far.

Watched too a fire rescue in a tiny street

that, for all it's mechanical and vehicular necessities,

noise, firemen, alarms and shouting, cordoning off of streets,

never amounted to anything so far as I could see -

they went up, high up, on their automated ladder,

and then back down, and away.
